01. INSIGHT

Founded back in 2015 by Kate Frobisher, Urban Pantry has thrived ever since, winning Best Brunch Place in Chiswick' at the TimeOut Awards and claiming Best Breakfast of the Year at the 2019 National Breakfast Awards to be put firmly on the London foodie map.

02.VISION

Following Urby’s recent change of ownership, their website needed a refresh to better serve loyal customers and visitors while improving visibility on Google. Updates included up-to-date menu details, a dedicated section for their popular monthly specials, and a gallery showcasing their delicious brunch dishes. Each dish presented with detailed descriptions, pricing and essential allergen information in compliance with Natasha’s Law, which took effect on October 1st, 2021.

03. Content optimisation

SEO enhancements were implemented, including keyword optimisation, improved metadata to boost search rankings and attract more organic traffic. Optimisation of images and their naming conventions play a key role in improving SEO and helping Google rank the site in higher search results and faster indexing.

04. BRAND AWARENESS

A consistent logo across the website (and other marketing materials) helps customers recognise and remember the brand. A professional logo also builds credibility and trust, making the business appear more established and reliable. Placing the logo in the website header (typically linking back to the homepage) improves navigation, making it easier for users to return to the main page. It also helps Google recognise the brand and displays it in the search results improving visibility.

05. SOCIAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

To support the launch of Urby P’s new website,I designed a selection of social templates. Creatives include the Urban Pantry logo for visual identity raising brand awareness.
